‘We are a family business, a brother and a sister, we didn’t study hospitality, as a matter a fact we are coming from completely different fields, Zsófi from the equestrian sports and Márk is a lawyer. We try to complement our lack of professional experience with kind, open and convincingly positive thinking towards the coffee culture and the profession.
